This certified copy, witnessed 4 January 1836, and recorded in Centre County, Pa., Deed Book K, p. 513, 7 February 1851, records an agreement between William A. Thomas of Centre County and John Hall of Bellefonte to allow Hall to use the surplus water of the Bellefonte Dam belonging to the Bald Eagle and Spring Creek Navigation Company to work a tilt and blade mill.
